STAY INFORMED
Get up to date information with on your orders, shipping, returns and refunds by visiting our policy section from time to time.
ORDER
When you place an order with us, we immediately send you an email confirming that we received your order. Then, we process your request, pack your product and get it ready for shipping.
SHIPPING
We ship the orders the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation. If we are out of stock on any item, you will be notified by us as soon as possible. No charges will be made, until your order has been shipped to you.
Please be aware that the volume of orders and our operational needs can at times delay our shipping; schedule are subject to change during holiday seasons and any day of festivities.
RETURN
We welcome any return within 7 days of purchase. You will only receive a full refund for packages that are returned in their original state. Any orders received damaged, opened or incorrect are eligible for replacement if reported within 24 hrs of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
REFUND
At Java Blue Coffee Distributors, we love keeping our customers happy. If for any reason, we cannot meet your needs or you are still not satisfied, we will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund. Refunds will not be accepted without prior authorization and return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
